Our delivery goes beyond expectations—it is a commitment to **excellence** and **quality**, making a difference in every solution we provide. **PLASTIC PROCESS TECHNICIAN** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Address quality issues on injection molding machines, such as incomplete mold filling, flash, excess material, and raw material fusion problems, among others; * Analyze defects using quality tools; * Analyze the injection process—from raw material drying oven, piping, raw material feed into the injection machine, injection machine operation, and part production based on mold/product; * Adjust the injection machine and its automation devices—Haitian machines; * Monitor and adjust injection processes for new products, new raw materials, and alternative raw materials; * Ensure correct robot control operation during production; * Perform mold setup, from mold change to production of qualified parts (mold change, robot gripper adjustment, 3-axis robot programming, part injection).
