Job Summary:
The professional will manage hospital diets, supervise meal production, coordinate teams, and provide nutritional education to patients, ensuring compliance with sanitary regulations and promoting healthy habits.

**Required Knowledge:**
* Planning of hospital diets.

**Responsibilities:**
* Assess patients' nutritional status and prescribe individualized diets according to clinical diagnoses.
* Supervise meal production and distribution, ensuring compliance with sanitary regulations.
* Coordinate kitchen staff and nutrition assistants, promoting good hygiene and food safety practices.
* Provide nutritional education to patients and their families, promoting healthy habits.
* Develop menus for patients, staff, and visitors, considering nutritional values and dietary restrictions.
* Monitor nutrition service quality indicators and propose process improvements.
* Participate in multidisciplinary committees to integrate nutritional care into clinical treatments.
