Job Summary: Professional to lead a team of nutritionists, supervise operations, and ensure quality standards across units. Key Highlights: 1. Lead regional nutritionist team 2. Monitor performance indicators and approve menus **MANAGERIAL NUTRITIONIST** --------------------------- ***Bauru/SP Unit*** *Supervise, monitor, and evaluate the operational process in units under your responsibility.* **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead the regional nutritionists' team. * Conduct technical visits to units under your responsibility. * Maintain periodic contact with units. * Analyze requests for procurement of utensils and equipment and report to the General Manager. * Promote meetings with Unit Leaders to provide guidance, implement preventive and corrective actions, monitor progress, and set goals to be achieved. * Measure, monitor, and analyze unit performance. * Conduct maintenance audits. * Receive and accompany health surveillance inspectors. * Monitor unit performance indicators, defining and developing business plans. * Conduct technical visits to suppliers. * Support the inauguration process of new units. * Approve monthly menus with pre\-costs. * Ensure compliance with monthly budgets and results. * Liaise with contractual fiscal clients, maintaining and building relationships. * Experience with hospital contracts. **WE OFFER:** * On-site meals * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Health plan after 6 months of employment * SESC or SESI partnership * Wellhub (formerly GYMPASS) Minimum Education: Technical Course * Meal allowance * On-site meals * Transportation allowance * Wellhub (formerly GYMPASS) * SESC or SESI partnership * Health plan after 6 months of employment * Life insurance
