Team management and development Human Resources Consulting is seeking a Nutritionist professional in São José dos Pinhais (Downtown). RHS São José is a company dedicated to providing human resources services and consulting. Focused on customized solutions, it aims to meet the specific needs of each client. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for the operational management of the food service unit (production, dining area, and customer service). Production planning and control; development and monitoring of technical specifications, menus, and yield reports. Cost control, waste reduction, and performance indicators (KPIs). Team management and development (training, feedback, and scheduling). Ensuring compliance with Sanitary Surveillance regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices Manual, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Coordination of administrative processes (cash handling, invoices, and ERP system). Interface with partners, suppliers, and operational staff. Position located in São José dos Pinhais / PR. Previous experience as a Dietitian, Nutrition Consultant, Food Service Specialist, or Clinical Nutritionist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
