Follow food hygiene and safety regulations The kitchen assistant's mission is to ensure food quality and safety for patients and staff. **Responsibilities and Duties** Prepare meals according to the nutritionist's instructions, ensuring food quality and safety; Assist in sanitizing and organizing the kitchen, utensils, and equipment; Perform food pre-preparation tasks, such as washing, peeling, and cutting fruits, vegetables, and greens; Assemble meal trays and distribute meals according to prescribed diets; Monitor food temperatures and record required information; Restock food items and utensils at distribution locations; Follow food hygiene and safety regulations, including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment); Collaborate on cleaning and organizing the kitchen and work areas; Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies; Participate in training and capacity-building activities related to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School Education Prior experience in industrial kitchens **Additional Information*** Meal or Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance; * Gym Pass.
