As a Junior Outbound SDR Analyst at Cena5, your role will be to identify new business opportunities and open doors for the sales team. Your responsibilities include mapping potential clients, actively prospecting leads, tracking KPIs, and ensuring no promising opportunity goes unnoticed. You will join a multidisciplinary team and interact daily with teams from Photographic Operations, Post-Production, and Sales. Your responsibilities as an Outbound SDR Analyst will be:
- Prospect new leads and initiate conversations with graduation committees and potential clients;
- Manage and update the CRM, ensuring organization and tracking of all stages in the sales funnel;
- Map undergraduate cohorts and identify opportunities via social media and strategic contacts;
- Schedule and attend meetings with graduation committees, present Cena Cinco’s proposal, and build authentic connections;
- Collaborate in strategic sales meetings, sharing ideas and learnings with the team;
- Prepare performance reports and support the organization of commercial projects, maintaining rhythm and clarity of results.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Organizational skills, agility, and results-oriented mindset;
Willingness to learn and grow within the commercial field;
Residence in Campinas/SP or nearby regions;
Own vehicle and ability to travel for in-person activations and meetings.
Desirable
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
Holistic understanding of the university ecosystem;
Experience in student organizations such as athletic associations, academic councils, junior enterprises, or university projects;
Prior experience in commercial prospecting, sales, or customer service;
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, RD Station, Pipedrive).
