WHO WE ARE \- Faiston \| Evolving is the revolution **The responsibilities of the professional occupying this position will include:** * Manage and control IT supplier contracts * Assist in preparing IT department reports and metrics * Participate in defining and implementing administrative policies and procedures * Support the company's IT asset management * Collaborate in preparing and controlling the IT department's budget * Manage software documentation and licensing **For this position, we require the following qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields * Prior experience in the IT field, preferably in administrative roles Basic/intermediate English. * Knowledge of IT contract and supplier management * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Excel proficiency test required by the client). * Strong communication and teamwork skills. **Learn about our benefits:** * Bradesco medical and dental assistance. * Life insurance * Transportation allowance with 6% payroll deduction.
