




Job Summary: A kitchen professional responsible for preparing and organizing meals in a hotel, ensuring food quality and hygiene as well as guest satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare a variety of dishes for different hotel services. 2. Keep the kitchen organized and compliant with sanitary regulations. 3. Collaborate in menu development and inventory control. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, and events according to the hotel's menu. * Set up and replenish buffets, ensuring attractive presentation and food freshness. * Maintain a clean, organized kitchen compliant with health surveillance regulations. * Monitor food and ingredient shelf life and storage conditions. * Collaborate with nutritionists and chefs (where applicable) in menu development. * Assess ingredient replenishment needs and assist in inventory control. * Adapt food preparation to accommodate guests' special diets or dietary restrictions. * Fulfill scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary or high school education. * Prior experience in professional kitchens, preferably in hospitality. * Knowledge of safe food handling practices. * Culinary training or technical cooking course (preferred). **Schedule:** * Rotating 6 days on / 1 day off schedule * 2:40 PM to 11:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.200,00 \- R$2.400,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Food basket * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Free parking * Private pension plan * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
