This role plays a critical part in the evolution and sustainability of our applications—supporting both legacy system maintenance and development of new features using modern technologies—contributing to platform stability, quality, and continuous improvement. We seek a candidate with solid experience in **PHP, React, and SQL**, who demonstrates autonomy, strong analytical capability, and interest in investigating complex problems, proposing improvements, and collaborating within a dynamic, hands-on, results-oriented environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain PHP-based features, working with both legacy architecture and modern components. * Implement web interfaces using React. * Analyze, develop, and optimize SQL queries across various database systems. * Enhance existing features while preserving platform compatibility and stability. * Participate in code reviews, technical refinements, and architectural discussions. * Investigate issues within a large codebase and identify opportunities for improvement. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the full development lifecycle. * Ensure adherence to best practices in development, security, and code quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience with PHP 7\.x and/or 8\.x. * Object-oriented programming. * Experience maintaining and evolving legacy systems. * Development compatible with multiple database systems. * Advanced SQL proficiency. * Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL. * Solid experience with React JS. * Git and merge request–based workflows. * Understanding of web application security (SQL Injection, XSS, input validation). * AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Kiro, or similar). **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Doctrine ORM/DBAL. * Symfony experience. * GitLab CI/CD. * Java for backend service maintenance. **Additional Information** **What do we offer our \#Experts?** Unimed Health Plan: No monthly premium for the primary holder; only 30% co-payment.
