Strict maintenance of hygiene and quality control We are seeking a dedicated professional to prepare nutritious and delicious meals, ensuring food safety and the well\-being of our students. **Main Responsibilities** * **Meal Preparation:** Execute the daily menu (snacks and lunch) following nutritional guidelines. * **Sanitization:** Maintain rigorous cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and storage area. * **Quality Control:** Monitor the expiration dates of supplies and proper food storage. * **Food Safety:** Comply with health surveillance regulations (ANVISA) and good food handling practices. **Requirements** * Prior kitchen experience (preferably in schools or collective dining settings). * Knowledge of good food handling practices. * Punctual, organized profile with interest in working in a school environment. * Completion of elementary education.
