




Job Summary: Reporting to the nutritionist and technical staff, this professional prepares food, ensures quality, hygiene, taste, and presentation of meals, inspects equipment, and coordinates kitchen activities. Inspects the cleaning of equipment and utensils. Assists in requisitioning materials required for food preparation. Coordinates kitchen activities. Participates in cleaning the internal kitchen area, cleaning machines, utensils, and other equipment using appropriate materials to ensure their suitability for food preparation.
