Maintain kitchen and equipment organization and cleanliness We are looking for a **Hospital Cook** to prepare meals for patients, companions, and staff, strictly complying with hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and good practices established for the hospital environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare meals according to nutrition department's pre\-established menus; * Follow specific diets (soft, pureed, liquid, low\-sodium, etc.); * Perform food pre\-preparation and preparation; * Ensure correct food storage, preservation, and labeling; * Maintain kitchen, utensils, and equipment organization and cleanliness; * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and PPE usage regulations; * Support the kitchen team as required by daily operations. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (or as required by the institution); * Prior experience as a cook (hospital or institutional setting preferred); * Knowledge of good food handling practices; * Organized, attentive, responsible, and committed; * Availability to work on rotating shifts.
