We value our team and prioritize a collaborative, excellence-oriented environment. **\#WeArePremium** We are looking for a **Contract Supervisor**, a nutritionist with experience in industrial kitchen production and management, to ensure operational quality and adherence to Premium standards. **Requirements:** * Degree in Nutrition with active CRN registration. * Experience in industrial kitchen production and management. * Knowledge of good practices, food safety, and performance indicator management. * Leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and flexibility regarding working hours. * Familiarity with the Genial system. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily unit operations and ensure correct execution of processes. * Monitor production, quality, technical specifications, and good handling practices. * Oversee pre-preparation, preparation, cooking, and distribution routines. * Verify environmental conditions, equipment status, and food safety. * Control costs, inventory, orders, and operational indicators. * Maintain customer relationships and ensure contract compliance. * Manage teams, scheduling, training, and development. * Support administrative tasks and audits or inspections.
