Visit www.anbima.com.br to learn more about these certifications. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Teller Operations:** Execute cash receipt, payment, and inquiry services; manage cash opening, closing, and control (including cash vault management and ATM replenishment). **Customer Service:** Proactively identify member needs and business opportunities, transform relationships into opportunities, and refer cases to the appropriate department. **Operational Routines:** Perform all routines related to teller operations and provide support for administrative tasks. **Promote Cooperativism** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Interest and willingness to develop within the business area; * Preference for candidates residing in **Jacutinga/MG**; * Attention to detail, concentration, and organizational skills; * Not mandatory, but advantageous: Anbima certification (CPA\-10), prior experience in customer-facing roles or similar positions. **Additional Information** **Nice to meet you — we are Sicredi.** Our journey began over 120 years ago as Brazil’s first financial cooperative.
