For over 18 years, we have delighted our customers with a light, healthy, refreshing, and incredibly delicious frozen yogurt. **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Challenge and Responsibilities** We are looking for a candidate to join us as an **Administrative and Financial Assistant**, under CLT employment terms, in a hybrid work model, aiming to contribute to the administrative and financial areas of the company. Support expense commitments; assist with budgetary controls, expense tracking, revenue monitoring, and financial liquidity management; assist with financial reporting, receipt preparation, and bank reconciliation through bank statement analysis. #### **Main Activities** * Support administrative management of establishments; * Process accounts payable; * Verify invoices and bills and schedule bank payments; * Request invoices and bills from suppliers, schedule tax and salary payments; * Develop and update reports; **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Business Management, or Accounting; * Experience in administrative and financial roles; * Familiarity with banking systems; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); **Additional Information** The best, oldest, and absolute market leader in Brazil’s Frozen Yogurt franchise network, offering a healthy and exceptionally delicious option for 15 years.
