Ribeirão Preto Brazil Finance, Accounting, Auditing **Job Description \- External Recruitment** **Position Objective** Support the financial closing process, ensuring accuracy of financial information, with focus on reconciliations, cost calculation, inventory control, and support to industrial operations, ensuring quality of reporting to headquarters. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and analyze **accounting reconciliations** for complex balance sheet accounts (e.g., advances, suppliers, taxes such as PIS/COFINS and ICMS), supporting identification and resolution of discrepancies; * Prepare, review, and consolidate **operational activity reports** for key units (e.g., Rondonópolis), covering production, sales, and shipments; * Validate **operational data** for the period, reconciling with tax ledgers, inventory records, purchase contracts, returns, and other controls, ensuring consistency in closing; * Support **production cost calculation**, including completion of allocation spreadsheets (operational costs, packaging, oil purchases, etc.), ensuring accurate system input (JDE); * Perform **logistics expense allocation (freight)** across products (soybean, sunflower, corn, and canola), ensuring correct accounting classification and cost allocation; * Manage and update information related to the **Social Seal (biodiesel)**, including contracts with family farming and expense write-offs based on shipped volumes; * Conduct **inventory control and validation**, reconciling operational data with system records and performing costing in the system; * Prepare and update **managerial P\&L statements** for units, including analysis of revenues, expenses, and inventory variances, contributing to performance monitoring; * Analyze and respond to **headquarters inquiries** following financial closing, ensuring clarity, consistency, and reliability of reported information. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting**; * Active **CRC registration**; * Prior experience in accounting routines, financial closing, and cost calculation; * Advanced **Excel proficiency** (Microsoft Office suite); * Intermediate **English language skills**; **Behavioral Competencies** * Strong **interpersonal skills** and ability to work collaboratively in teams; * **Proactivity** and ownership mindset; * **Dynamism** and ability to manage multiple demands; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Analytical thinking and focus on delivery quality. **\#IncludingYou** Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are foundational pillars of ADM’s efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering exceptional performance.
