Implement custom automations and dashboards in Zoho Analytics This is a remote position. **About the role:** We are looking for a Zoho-specialized Developer to work on developing, customizing, and integrating Zoho solutions (CRM, Desk, Creator, Flow, Analytics, and others). This person will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring efficient automations, user-friendly interfaces, and robust integrations with other systems. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and customize modules, fields, workflows, and functions in Zoho CRM and other platform applications. * Create and optimize scripts in **Deluge** and APIs for integrations with other systems (Salesforce, Monday, ERPs, etc.). * Implement custom automations and dashboards in Zoho Analytics. * Ensure quality, security, and performance of delivered solutions. * Collaborate with business units to understand needs and translate them into practical solutions. * Document processes, configurations, and customizations performed. ### **Requirements** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven experience in development and customization on the Zoho platform. * Proficiency in **Deluge Script**. * Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and system-to-system integrations. * Experience in process automation within Zoho. * Knowledge of databases and data modeling. * Strong communication and organizational skills. **Desirable:** * Zoho certifications (CRM, Creator, Flow, etc.). * Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for interface customization. * Familiarity with other CRM or service platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, etc.).
