Contribute to maintaining the 5S project within the area, as well as adherence to environmental and occupational safety regulations and policies. * Perform department-specific tasks, including requisitioning, receiving, dispatching, storing, moving, and physically verifying materials, as well as serving users according to their material and service requirements for the unit, following established Procedures and Operational Standards. * Maintain warehouse inventory control through internal rotating inventory counts. * Record material and equipment movements in the system to track incoming and outgoing items, enabling physical material provisioning, maintaining minimum stock levels of parts and materials, and supporting the replenishment process. * Keep material identification updated and support part and material identification processes by gathering technical references and specifications. * Report inventory movement information and communicate anomalies detected in processes, enabling necessary analysis and adjustments. * Deliver materials correctly according to schedule, ensuring adherence to stipulated deadlines and timeframes, with delivery reports duly signed and dated by the requester. * Operate forklift equipment in accordance with local safety rules. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education Mandatory: Driver’s license — minimum category B Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Demonstrate initiative, logical reasoning, critical thinking, communication skills, and analytical ability. Manage conflicts.
