This person will be responsible for creating clear, human-centered, and brand-aligned conversational experiences, ensuring content serves as a strategic pillar of the solution. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Define voice, tone, and personality of the conversational agent, maintaining the client’s Style Guide up to date. * Design conversational flows (scripts, messages, fallbacks, redirects). * Write and review content such as prompts, microcopy, system messages, and agent responses. * Translate brand positioning, values, and voice into consistent verbal experiences across all product touchpoints. * Collaborate with engineering to structure intents, entities, rules, and integrations. * Create documentation: guidelines, escalation matrices, best practices, and conversational standards. * Use generative AI as a creative accelerator, performing ethical curation to validate, refine, and humanize machine-generated content. * Monitor conversational metrics, analyze logs, and propose continuous improvements. * Partner closely with Product, Design, Research, and Engineering teams to ensure content remains central to the user experience. * Ensure consistency, clarity, and safety in interactions, considering privacy, compliance, and industry best practices. * Map user journeys and interaction flows to identify communication opportunities and critical pain points. * Guarantee content accessibility by writing inclusively, simply, and user-oriented. **To succeed in this role, you’ll need:** * Experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or Conversation Designer. * Portfolio showcasing examples of conversational flows, microcopy, and writing processes. * Mastery of objective, clear writing with well-defined voice and tone. * Hands-on experience building chatbots or conversational agents (LLMs or traditional NLU). * Familiarity with tools such as Figma and conversational platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, Botpress, Microsoft Bot Framework, or equivalents). * Analytical ability to interpret metrics and logs. * Strong collaboration skills with engineering and product teams. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Experience with LLMs: prompt engineering, system messages, and response containment. * Understanding of NLU/ML concepts (intents, entities, training, and evaluation). * Experience conducting usability testing—especially conversational testing. * Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD processes applied to content. * Prior experience working within agile squads. **What do we offer our Builders?** * Meal allowance (VA/VR) via Caju card; * Remote work allowance via Caju card; * Flexible Points Program on your Caju — *a flexible amount you can use however you choose;* * Nationwide health insurance (Porto Seguro Silver Plan, private room, no co-payment), with 50% of the monthly premium covered by Builders; * Dental insurance (Porto Seguro Bronze Plan), with 100% of the monthly premium covered by Builders; * Childcare allowance for children up to 72 months old; * Mental health support — *access to the Vida+ app;* * Physical health support — *access to the Gympass app;* * Life insurance ***All our job openings are inclusive and open to individuals of all gender identities, sexual orientations, ages, ethnicities, cultures, backgrounds, beliefs, disabilities, and other forms of diversity.
