Job Summary: The Maintenance Planning Coordinator will structure, coordinate, and optimize maintenance planning activities to ensure operational reliability and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on operational reliability and intervention efficiency. **Summary of Responsibilities:** The Maintenance Planning Coordinator will be responsible for structuring, coordinating, and optimizing maintenance planning activities, ensuring equipment operational reliability and intervention efficiency. They will develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans, schedule activities, manage assets, and control resources, ensuring alignment with operational and financial guidelines. They will also play a key role in leading the planning team, promoting continuous process improvement, cross-functional integration, and strengthening safety culture. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance plans; * Coordinate the maintenance planning team, define priorities, and monitor deliverables; * Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure appropriate resource allocation; * Manage asset information, including maintenance history, costs, and performance; * Control and optimize spare parts inventory, ensuring availability; * Support preparation and control of the maintenance budget; * Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote safety culture; * Utilize asset management systems and planning tools to enhance operational efficiency. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or related fields; * Solid maintenance experience, specifically in maintenance planning; * Knowledge of asset management, planning, and preventive and predictive maintenance practices. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience leading maintenance planning teams; * Problem analysis and solution development skills; * Strong communication skills for interfacing across departments; * Experience managing maintenance projects; * Knowledge of spare parts inventory management and cost control; * Maintenance-related certifications will be considered an advantage. **Additional Information:** * Work schedule: 14 days on / 14 days off; FIFO; * Transportation, accommodation, and meals provided by the company. **About the Company:** G Mining Ventures (GMIN) is a gold mining company focused on acquiring, developing, and operating precious metals projects.
