Responsibilities and Duties Support the trade marketing team in executing and analyzing promotional campaigns, managing merchandising materials, and collaborating on market data collection and interpretation. Analyze reports. · Monitor and support field activity execution. · Prepare expense reports. · Evaluate and reimburse consultant mileage. · Manage suppliers, including accounts payable and development of visit performance reports. · Prepare promoter commission reports. · Verify executed pricing and promotions. Plan consultant and promoter visit routes. · Verify field team attendance and working hours. · Support the data analysis team in data collection, processing, and interpretation. Collect data from multiple sources, correct inconsistencies, and ensure information integrity. Format and organize data for use in analyses, reports, and dashboards. Create reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or Power BI. · Support data analysis projects by providing technical and operational assistance.
