If you enjoy working with creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement; seek a relaxed, responsible workplace near the ocean; and wish to combine all this with agile methodologies — your place is here… Join us as an AGER! **We are looking for someone who:** * Is curious and eager to develop innovative technological solutions. * Enjoys new challenges and is motivated to overcome them. * Stays ahead, anticipating solutions for our customers. * Demonstrates ethical and transparent conduct. * Values diversity within a pleasant and dynamic environment. **What will you do?** * Actively participate in TOTVS system upgrade, implementation, and enhancement projects alongside the IT team and other company departments. * Prepare and maintain documentation (test plans, requirements, instructions, and manuals). * Analyze departmental needs through requirement specifications or available functional solutions within systems. * Develop an integrated understanding of the company’s business processes and information systems. * Design, manage, and implement system projects involving requirement and regulatory analysis, activity planning, data modeling, testing, customizations, workflow, and training. * Network and Windows/Linux server management. * Active Directory and Office 365 management. **Required Knowledge:** * Experience managing systems (TOTVS and integrations). * Experience with TOTVS Protheus and Tcloud lines, including knowledge of modules such as finance, accounting, procurement, and billing. * Proficiency in ADVPL language and Protheus development tools. * Critical analytical ability to identify improvement opportunities. * Knowledge of computer networking. * Knowledge of Active Directory. * Knowledge of Office 365. * Familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud platforms. * Knowledge of agile methodologies. * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. **What We Offer?
