Job Summary: The Test Lead will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring functional and integrated tests, ensuring project quality and adherence to deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting the customer acceptance process Description: Required Qualifications * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience working as a Test Lead; * Hands-on experience in planning, monitoring, and executing functional and integrated tests; * Knowledge of test and defect management tools (e.g., ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps); * Familiarity with both agile and traditional methodologies; Desired Qualifications * CTFL, CTAL, or equivalent certifications; * Prior experience in large-scale projects or complex corporate environments; * Knowledge of test automation and related tools. Key Responsibilities: * Estimate effort required to cover use cases; * Plan, together with the test factory, activities necessary for project execution; * Resolve potential issues with respective stakeholders; * Conduct progress review and support meetings; * Monitor team activities and deliverables, ensuring timely completion; * Resolve outstanding items or escalate them appropriately; * Support the customer acceptance process; * Validate and publish the test plan; * Monitor the creation of test scenarios, test cases, and test data generated by the test factory; * Track test progress and execution (test management); * Monitor and manage reported defects; * Send daily status reports and communicate test case releases to stakeholders; * Archive test assets in the demand control tool (IW-GD); * Generate defect management reports; * Facilitate communication between IT-Development and QA teams; * Monitor and manage changes in test scope; * Identify lessons learned and validate the project dossier generation with the test factory. 2512040202181846274
