We also seek someone up-to-date with **agile practices**, possessing an **investigative mindset**, **creativity** to propose **problem-solving solutions**, and an understanding of the importance of **always delivering with quality**! **Responsibilities and Duties** You will work as a Test and Quality Analyst, responsible for conducting tests on new projects or during maintenance, ensuring full compliance and quality of deliverables. You will verify the adequacy of deliverables from the development factory. Additionally, you will support and promote the agile manifesto. Maintaining excellent communication and keeping the Redmine management tool constantly updated is essential. You should also be open to exploring and adapting to other frameworks, as opportunities arise across different clients. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Completed Bachelor's degree** in Information Technology; **Minimum 3 years of experience** performing testing functions; Planning and execution of functional and non-functional tests; Experience with automated testing (Cucumber, Selenium, Cypress or similar); Defining test strategies; Familiarity with tools: Azure DevOps, Jira, Redmine, and TestLink; Experience documenting defects and improvements clearly; Hands-on experience creating database queries (Oracle and PostgreSQL); Ability to create and use checklists to ensure process quality and efficiency; Experience with agile manifesto techniques (Scrum, Kanban, etc.); Actively promoting a product quality and continuous QA improvement culture, leveraging tools and best practices.
