Job Summary: We are seeking a Test Analyst / Test Automation Engineer to prepare, execute, and automate tests, with a focus on continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: Prepare and update test cases based on specifications. Review customer requirements for completeness, clarity, and correctness. Apply black-box testing techniques (Equivalence Partitioning, Boundary Value Analysis, Decision Table, State Transition, Use Case). Prioritize test cases for automation and regression. Execute tests, record results, create and discuss defects with developers. Perform exploratory testing and automate approved processes. Communicate results to the Test Lead and provide daily reports. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or related fields. Fluent English (French or German is a plus). \+3 years of experience in testing, including Front-End and Back-End automation. Experience with Desktop applications (Delphi). Knowledge of test and defect management tools. Programming skills for test automation (JavaScript, Python, C\# etc.). Familiarity with development practices (Agile, DevOps, TDD). Analytical, collaborative profile with interest in developing test automation.
