Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** Work in the Quality department, exercising technical leadership of the team; planning conformity inspections of processes and structures; developing traceability maps and controls for products and materials applied on site; verifying technical documentation under your responsibility to ensure it is properly controlled and in its latest valid version; guiding interpretation of projects and technical information, as well as performing other related and inherent duties. **Job Description** Exercise technical leadership of the team. Plan conformity inspections of processes and structures to ensure compliance with the company’s quality standards and specifications, using checklists for each stage of construction processes. Develop traceability maps and controls for products and materials applied on site using spreadsheets and graphical tools to enable identification and segregation in cases of nonconformity. Verify technical documentation under your responsibility to ensure it is properly controlled and in its latest valid version. Guide interpretation of projects and technical information—such as specifications, procedures, and standards—by conducting critical analysis to identify applicable requirements and controls. Support Technological Control activities by providing necessary information and resources for planning and executing tests and trials. Plan, develop, and deliver internal training sessions on quality-related topics for employees and suppliers, communicating production methodologies and aiming to multiply knowledge. Control calibration of monitoring and measurement equipment, auditing instruments used by teams and verifying validity periods of certificates issued by accredited entities. Record and report nonconformities to Quality Management, supporting root cause identification and establishment/follow-up of corrective action plans. Participate in drafting and writing company quality program procedures, instructions, and documents, applying them daily and guiding other employees to do likewise. Contribute to internal and external audits by delivering required documents and records. Compile, monitor, and disseminate Quality Management System indicators, acting to increase and improve organizational productivity and competitiveness. Ensure that the Quality Management System documents and records for the project are controlled and organized, maintaining appropriate preservation and retrieval to allow assembly of the project’s Data Book. Work in accordance with the organization’s internal standards and procedures, ethically, courteously, professionally, and transparently. Attend site meetings, staying informed about agenda items and defining quality-related actions as needed. Maintain and preserve equipment and tools owned by the company and under your responsibility. **Candidate Requirements** Technical or Technologist degree (Buildings, Construction, Quality, or related fields).
