The candidate will be responsible for coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities under corporate contracts, public agencies, and financial institutions, ensuring operational continuity, service quality, and SLA compliance. Their role will focus on team management, technical demand organization, performance indicator monitoring, and client relationship management—ensuring high technical standards and excellence in service delivery. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Supervise, guide, and develop field-based technical maintenance teams; * Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance (CCTV, alarms, and access control); * Ensure compliance with contractual deadlines, SLAs, and quality standards; * Monitor area performance indicators (response time, recurrence rate, productivity); * Maintain direct client interface, ensuring high-quality service and effective resolution of requests; * Provide technical support to the team in analyzing and resolving complex incidents; * Organize administrative routines for the department (technical reports, service request tracking, schedules, and technical documentation); * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. **CANDIDATE PROFILE** Requirements: * Technical or higher education degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electronic Security Technology, or related fields; * Proven experience supervising technical teams; * Practical experience with CCTV, monitored alarm, and access control systems; * Knowledge of maintenance management and activity control; * Leadership ability, decision-making skills, and conflict management capability; * Organized, analytical, and results-oriented profile; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor in client interactions. **NOTE:** This is an **inclusive position**, and persons with disabilities (PwDs) are welcome to apply for this selection process. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** Meal allowance: R$ 20.00 Free transit pass (comprising 8 trips per day) or fuel allowance: R$ 180.00 Health and dental insurance Life insurance Birthday day off Newborn baby kit for employees’ newborn children Gympass * Relocation assistance Tuition reimbursement plan Well-being program Twygo platform offering free courses and certificates Performance-based bonus Career development plan
