Responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate technology and product projects, from planning to delivery. * Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution. * Implement and evolve agile processes (Scrum, Kanban), ensuring transparency and clear communication. * Monitor and report progress, risks, and blockers to leadership and other stakeholders. * Define and track delivery KPIs, ensuring efficiency and quality. * Support hiring and onboarding of new team members as we scale. * Foster a culture of accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement within the technology area. Requirements: * Experience managing projects in SaaS companies, digital product companies, or technology-driven organizations. * Solid understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies. * Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. * Experience collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams. Nice to Have: * Experience with SaaS platforms and B2C and/or B2B environments. * Experience with AI solutions, big data, or content recommendation systems. * Background working in hypergrowth environments.
