And this is just the beginning. ### **What your day-to-day will be like:** * Technically lead the evolution of a generative AI agentic solution already under construction and aimed at production, with relevant volume and financial domain. * Refine the multi-agent architecture (supervisor agent + specialist agents), including delegation strategy, decomposition of complex questions, and parallel execution of sub-agents. * Be the owner of response quality: structured and versioned prompt engineering, context and conversation memory strategy, slot filling, uncertainty handling, and use of deterministic tools for anything that cannot err (financial calculation, temporal normalization). * Define and operate the evaluation standard: regression datasets, metrics for intent accuracy and parameter extraction, automated quality tests for every prompt or model change. Optimize the solution on the three competing axes: latency (P50* target of 8s in queries with API calls), cost per interaction, and accuracy. * Define the observability strategy for the solution: agent execution tracing, token consumption, cost attributed per account, interaction auditing, and alarms. * Address guardrails and security: scope containment, prompt injection mitigation, sensitive data handling, and LGPD compliance. * Be Skopia's technical reference in the relationship with the client — architecture, information security, cyber, and product — translating technical decisions into business language. * Technically guide the GenAI Architect and other team members: code review, definition of standards, and technical breakdown and prioritization of deliverables. * **Stay hands-on. This is not a coordination position: writing code, debugging agent behavior, and testing hypotheses are part of the routine**. ### **Requirements and qualifications:** * Proven experience putting **agent systems into production**, with relevant volume — not just proofs of concept or prototypes. * Senior-level Python, with good engineering practices: testing, versioning, code designed for maintenance. * Mastery of agent orchestration frameworks: LangChain / LangGraph and/or equivalents. * RAG architectures: knowledge bases, vector stores, chunking strategies, embeddings, and retrieval. * MCP (Model Context Protocol) and patterns for exposing tools to agents. * Prompt engineering as an engineering discipline: versioning, testing, impact measurement. * Tools and practices for LLM application evals and monitoring (tracing, cost, quality, regression detection). * Guardrails and security for LLM applications: prompt injection, domain containment, PII handling. * Integration with REST APIs, authentication, and session/token management in a sensitive data context. * Technical leadership of a team and maturity to conduct difficult technical conversations with the client with confidence. ### **Not essential, but valued:** * Experience with Azure AI Foundry and the Azure AI ecosystem — it is the project platform, so it carries significant weight in the evaluation. * Experience with conversational channels on WhatsApp (WABA, Azure Communication Services, Meta Cloud API). * Audio processing / ASR (Whisper or equivalent) in a conversational flow. * Mastery of financial services, payment methods, acquiring, or financial reconciliation. * Experience in a regulated environment, with formal compliance, auditing, and privacy requirements. * FinOps practice applied to AI workloads: cost attribution, rate limiting, forecasting. * Experience with other AI ecosystems (AWS Bedrock/Strands, Google Vertex) for comparison and informed decision-making. * Azure certifications. * English and/or Spanish — service today is restricted to the Brazil team, but it counts as a differentiator. ### **What is it like to work at Skopia?** Here, you will find an environment where Result, Creativity, Pragmatism, Commitment, Authority, and Performance guide the day-to-day.
