Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Tech Lead to serve as a visionary architect, designing robust ecosystems and transforming data into tangible competitive advantage. Key Highlights: 1. Lead with purpose and transform data into competitive advantage. 2. Design and evolve scalable, high-performance data architectures. 3. Be the primary technical reference and bridge between tech and business. We are looking for a **Data Tech Lead** who is not merely a technical executor—but a **visionary architect**, someone capable of designing robust ecosystems, leading with purpose, and transforming data into real competitive advantage. If you master engineering, know how to influence decisions, and enjoy being where impact happens, this role is for you. **Your day-to-day (with real impact)** Design and evolve **scalable, secure, high-performance data architectures**. Build and optimize **pipelines, ETLs/ELTs, data lakes, DWHs**, and analytical solutions. Define standards, best practices, and guidelines to elevate the team’s technical level. Serve as the squad’s **primary technical reference**: guide, review, unblock, and resolve complex problems. Translate business challenges into **data solutions that deliver value**, not just dashboards. Act as the bridge between tech and business, ensuring clarity, alignment, and intelligent prioritization. Support planning of timelines, deliveries, and strategic roadmaps. Lead PoCs, evaluate new technologies, and drive continuous evolution of our data environment. **What we seek in you** Strong expertise in **advanced SQL, Python, orchestration (Airflow, dbt), data modeling, Data Lake/DWH, APIs, CI/CD, and Git**. Consistent experience with cloud platforms (**AWS, GCP, or Azure**). Mastery of best practices in **governance, versioning, and security**. Ability to lead technically, raise standards, and build scalable solutions. Clarity, strategic vision, and skill in connecting **technology, people, and outcomes**. **Why this role is different** Because here you’re not just “the technician”—you’re the one defining how data underpins large-scale decisions. You influence architecture, strategy, delivery speed, and quality. If what drives you is **building, leading, and evolving**, not just executing, you’ll fit perfectly.
