Job Summary: Serve as a cross-functional Tech Lead, ensuring technical quality, architectural alignment, smooth communication, and removal of impediments. Key Highlights: 1. TECHNOLOGY – SÃO PAULO/SP **About the role:** Serve as a cross-functional Tech Lead, closely monitoring all projects to ensure technical quality of deliverables, alignment with architecture, smooth inter-team communication, and removal of technical impediments — acting as the main technical liaison between the development team and clients’ infrastructure teams. **Responsibilities:** * Closely and continuously monitor all projects * Engage daily with technical teams (data, backend, frontend, engineering) * Conduct technical evaluations of ongoing work (code, architecture, pipelines, integrations) * Serve as the technical bridge to clients’ infrastructure teams * Open and track technical tickets (access, permissions, networks, pipelines, security, performance) * Ensure adherence to best practices in: + Architecture + Code quality + Version control + Security + Observability * Act as an enabler, removing technical and organizational blockers * Support technical decisions and unblock the team * Ensure alignment among data, software, and infrastructure **Technical Requirements:** Software Development **Solid experience in:** * Backend (Python, Node.js or similar) * REST APIs * System integrations * Ability to read, evaluate, and suggest improvements to code Data (strongly preferred, but not exclusive) **Knowledge of:** * Data pipelines * Data Lake / Lakehouse * SQL * Orchestration of data loads Cloud & Infrastructure Practical experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) **Knowledge of:** * IAM and permissions * Networking (VPC, firewall, VPN) * Security * Ability to communicate technically with infrastructure teams DevOps (ESSENTIAL) * CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or similar) * Version control with Git Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar) * Containers (Docker) * Basic understanding of Kubernetes * Monitoring and observability **Desired Profile:** * Clear and concise communication * Hands-on mindset * Ability to act as a bridge across departments * Capability to unblock people and processes * Strong sense of ownership * Technical authority combined with empathy * Organization and systemic perspective **Additional Information:** * Location: São Paulo – SP; * Work model: 100% Remote. **Interested in this opportunity?
