We want some of your uniqueness too! **Responsibilities and Duties** **What does a typical day look like for an Ituber in this role?** We are seeking a **Tech Lead** to technically lead one of the squads in Itaú’s Legal and Corporate Affairs Community. This person will serve as the team’s primary technical reference, building solutions that transform how the Legal area operates — leveraging modern technologies, cloud architecture, automation, artificial intelligence, and high-scale digital platforms. Beyond technical expertise, we seek someone with strong influence capabilities, systemic vision, and the ability to connect technology with business needs — supporting product evolution and engineers’ growth within the squad.
