Customer training and technical support * **LOCATION** ------------ Rua Jose Amato, 310, Sao Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil * ### **CAREER AREA** Other * ### **JOB TYPE** Full time * **JOB ID** ---------- \#R65737 Install electronic security equipment and program alarms, access control systems, and cameras as directed by the Electronic Security Technical Leader; perform corrective maintenance on electronic security equipment at customer sites and Brinks branches to resolve faults and ensure on-site electronic security; carry out preventive maintenance on electronic security equipment as determined by the Electronic Security Technical Leader; train customers after equipment installation, explaining system procedures and logic to ensure proper operation and on-site security; provide technical information support to GNS (National Security Management) regarding electronic security equipment as required; support third-party service providers (BISS) on the technical aspects of equipment and supervise whether services are being performed correctly; properly complete all documentation related to each maintenance and installation (procedure checklist, implementation checklist, travel report, and cost spreadsheets); report any potential improvement points concerning electronic security equipment to the Electronic Security Technical Leader
