Proactivity and willingness to learn new technologies Home \- CEPEL We seek a professional with: * Full-stack Developer profile to work on the development and maintenance of web applications; * Excellent communication and teamwork skills; * Ability to solve problems efficiently and creatively; * Proactivity and willingness to learn new technologies; * Effective time management and commitment to meeting deadlines; * Attention to detail and commitment to code quality; * Availability for business travel. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities to Perform:** * Full-stack programming to develop new applications and maintain existing web applications, working on both front-end and back-end, with emphasis on the Angular framework, aiming to create intuitive and high-performance user interfaces for the SAGE platform. **Development of New Applications:** * Participate in the planning and development of new solutions and features; * Implement dynamic and responsive user interfaces using Angular; * Integrate APIs and external services. **Maintenance of Existing Applications:** * Identify and fix bugs in already-deployed applications; * Continuously improve already-developed features; * Ensure performance and security of existing solutions. **Reimplementation of Features Using New Technologies:** * Modernize legacy systems using current technologies; * Migrate critical features to new architectures and frameworks; * Review and enhance software architecture. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Knowledge:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related Engineering fields; **Front\-End:** * HTML/CSS: Building semantic layouts and responsive styling to ensure a consistent experience across all devices and browsers. * JavaScript/TypeScript: Developing modern applications using robust coding standards and static typing for greater security and maintainability; Responsive Design: Skilled at building interfaces that adapt to different devices, delivering a cohesive visual experience on any screen. * **Back\-End:** * Experience with languages such as Node.js and Python; Web Application Security Principles: Implementation of best practices to protect applications against common vulnerabilities, such as XSS, CSRF, and SQL injection. * **Databases:** * Familiarity with relational databases (SQL); **Support Systems:** * Solid knowledge and experience with RedHat or CentOS Linux operating systems; * Cybersecurity knowledge specifically applied to Linux systems; * Version Control (Git): Familiarity with version control systems for collaborative development and code change management; * Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and handle complex problems. **Desirable Knowledge:** * Familiarity with design aspects (UI/UX); * Familiarity with single-line diagrams, electrical network representations, or complex system diagrams; * Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) techniques; * Front-end application development using the Angular framework in its latest versions, including concepts such as modules, components, directives, services, and pipes; * Knowledge of additional frameworks such as React or Vue.js; * Advanced English; * Familiarity with agile methodologies and software engineering best practices; * Complementary training courses aligned with the job description. **Additional Information** * Fixed-term employment contract (24 months); * On-site work modality; * Health insurance plan with co-payment, extendable to immediate dependents; * Life insurance; * Meal/food allowance; * Private pension plan; * Childcare allowance; * Educational assistance; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass).
