Be a Betther and transform the public management of our country. **Responsibilities and attributes** * Implement features following technical specifications, ensuring compliance with user requirements; * Write clean code and adhere to company standards, facilitating maintenance and future evolutions; * Perform unit tests and fix simple bugs; * Collaborate with the development team, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines; * Document code and development processes for traceability and future reference; * Apply AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and increase efficiency; * Continuously learn new technologies, frameworks, and best practices; * Follow company security and compliance standards; * Support the maintenance of existing systems, ensuring operational continuity; * Participate in code reviews and team technical discussions; * Communicate problems and difficulties in development to seek solutions as a team; * Assist in the creation of prototypes or experimental solutions for new requirements; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal development processes. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed Higher Education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Knowledge of backend programming languages, such as Java 8, JavaScript, TypeScript; * Knowledge of frontend frameworks, as well as AngularJS and React; * Familiarity with public cloud providers, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP; * Knowledge of cognitive service integration and foundation models (LLMs); * Notions of user experience (usability, accessibility, information architecture); * Experience in information security; * Notions in AI-assisted software engineering; * Experience in web and mobile applications (responsive and adaptive interfaces). **Our Benefits** At Betha, we value people with benefits focused on well-being, development, and quality of life.
