Technical interface and operational support An information technology company is seeking a Systems Analyst in Teresina. **Responsibilities:** Workflow Management: End-to-end oversight of digitalization projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Diagnosis and Resolution: Identify technical or systemic process failures and propose intelligent improvements to optimize data capture and storage. Operational Support: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our professional scanners to serve as the technical reference point and operational support for the team. Technical Interface: Translate business requirements into system specifications and ensure the integrity of generated digital files. Previous experience as a Systems Developer, Software Engineer, Systems Programmer, or Systems Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree in progress.
