They conduct requirements gathering, develop and implement systems, and ensure continuous maintenance and improvement of solutions to meet company objectives. The CI will be responsible for representing the interests of all stakeholders (Digital Product Team), communication, backlog control for the team, and ticket prioritization. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Primary responsibility includes analysis, scope definition, and planning aimed at improving processes and projects within the company’s digital team. * Responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting user and business needs, translating them into technical requirements for the development team. * Ensures proposed solutions meet stakeholder expectations and align with company objectives. * Participates in developing technical specifications, performs validation testing, and supports system implementation and maintenance. * Acts as an intermediary between users and developers. **Requirements and Qualifications** ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Understanding of requirements elicitation; * Organization, planning, and activity control; * Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban); * Knowledge of databases.
