Configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Azure cloud services **Position Summary** --------------------- We are seeking a highly communicative, analytical, and investigative **Systems Analyst** to join our IT team. This professional will be responsible for **supporting and implementing laboratory applications**, as well as working with **statistical control tools, integrations, and cloud services (Azure)**. They will play a key role in leading discovery sessions with business areas, performing end-to-end problem analysis, and translating business needs into viable technical solutions. **Desired Education** --------------------- * Bachelor's degree in **Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering**, or related fields * **Microsoft Azure** certifications or equivalent experience (preferred) * Prior experience in **laboratory, quality, or manufacturing** environments (preferred) **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Lead **discovery and requirements gathering sessions** with business areas * Understand processes and user needs, and translate them into technical solutions * Conduct **technical and functional root cause investigations and analyses** * Serve as the focal point between **business, end users, and IT** * Implement, configure, and support: + Laboratory applications (**LIMS**) + Integration and software automation solutions + **CQ/QA** tools + Data review platforms * Support **statistical and analytical quality control tools**, including data monitoring and dashboards * Configure and maintain cloud services on **Microsoft Azure**, including: + App Services + Storage + SQL + API Management (**APIM**) * Understand server architectures and perform application-level configurations * Document processes, requirements, and technical decisions clearly and systematically * Collaborate with **global IT teams** and external vendors on system integrations and improvements * Participate in **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)**, validations, and training **Skills and Competencies** ------------------------------ ### **Technical Skills** * Experience with **laboratory applications** and **CQ/QA** systems * Knowledge of **statistics** or **Statistical Process Control (SPC)** * Experience with **Microsoft Azure** (App Services, Storage, APIM, SQL) * Solid understanding of **APIs, integrations, and data flows** * Familiarity with **server environments** and fundamental networking concepts * Knowledge of **SQL** (queries, troubleshooting, and data modeling/structure) ### **Behavioral Skills** * Excellent verbal and written communication * Analytical, investigative, and problem-solving orientation * Ability to translate technical concepts into business language * Proficiency in facilitating **workshops, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions** * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent demands
