Systems Administration Analyst

There is an opening at Sintel! We are looking for a Systems Administration Analyst! In this position, you will have the opportunity to directly support Sintel's technology infrastructure, ensuring availability, security, and continuity of essential services that support our operations in Brazil and worldwide. Your main responsibilities will include: * Administering the AWS cloud environment, Windows and Linux servers, as well as routers, switches, firewalls, communication links, VPNs, web servers, and file servers; * Performing and monitoring backup and recovery routines; * Monitoring the technology infrastructure to prevent and identify incidents; * Handling IT infrastructure-related incidents by conducting investigations and proposing solutions; * Responding to incidents outside regular business hours (on-call and shift duties); * Creating and maintaining technical documentation and reports for the area; * Supporting user, group, and access policy administration in Active Directory, AWS IAM, etc.; * Assisting with the operation of virtualization platforms used by Sintel. ✅ Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Technology Management is desirable; * Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) (will be assessed during the selection process); * Knowledge of communication equipment and protocols (APs, switches, routers, firewalls) and servers (physical and hypervisors); * Experience with Windows Server and Linux operating systems (AD, Samba, WSUS, DHCP, DNS); * Knowledge of network protocols and services: DNS, SMTP, FTP, SFTP, VOIP, VPN, TLS, IPsec, SSH, SNMP; * Information security knowledge (antivirus, updates, permissions, access control); * Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring, virtualization, and cloud computing (IaaS, SaaS); ➕ Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Citrix VDA and Netscaler ADC; * Certifications such as AWS (Solution Architect, SysOps), Linux (LPIC, RHCSA), Microsoft (Windows Server Admin), Cisco (CCNA); * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Terraform; * Experience with automation (RPA, Shell Script, PowerShell, Python); * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, PDCA); * Project management knowledge.
