Flexible and collaborative environment **SUPPORT AND BACKEND ANALYST** **Job Description:** Job description: We are seeking a mid-level professional with a hybrid role combining technical support and backend development. You will provide user support and actively participate in building and maintaining our web system infrastructure. Responsibilities: Work in helpdesk, resolving second-level technical support tickets. Develop, maintain, and enhance backend systems in Python and PHP. Create and optimize MySQL queries and routines. Collaborate with the IT team to integrate systems and automate processes. Document procedures and create support manuals. Participate in deployments, testing, and code versioning. Desired / Differentiating Qualifications: Experience with frameworks (Django, Laravel, etc.). Knowledge of REST APIs, version control (Git), and containers. Familiarity with Linux environments, basic networking, and virtualization.
