Position challenges: As a Supply Chain Coordinator, your mission will be to ensure the efficient and safe execution of all Procurement processes. You will be responsible for continuous improvement within the Supply Chain area, ensuring work is always aligned with customer expectations and requirements. Together with a team that gets things done, you will: * Lead the Supply Chain area, covering Strategic Sourcing processes, category management (Category Management), direct and indirect purchasing, warehousing and internal logistics, ensuring integration and operational efficiency. * Develop and implement processes, policies and systems that ensure operational excellence, compliance and governance in Supply Chain. * Conduct Strategic Sourcing, defining acquisition strategies that promote competitiveness, total cost reduction (TCO - Total Cost of Ownership) and efficient risk management in the supply chain. * Lead complex negotiations and develop strategic partnerships with key suppliers, focusing on value creation, innovation and sustainability. * Implement and monitor department KPIs, including OTD (On-Time Delivery), Savings, Lead Time, quality and service levels. * Work on supplier performance and quality management (Supplier Performance & Quality Management), ensuring compliance with technical requirements, deadlines and safety standards. * Lead distributed teams, promoting talent development and building a high-performance team. * Ensure efficient and accurate warehouse management, focusing on inventory control, stock optimization and availability of critical materials for industrial maintenance operations. 2511090202181859088
