Responsibilities and duties * Supervise activities across the entire industrial production and laboratory areas; * Periodically audit sample collection, preparation, and analysis processes for materials sent to the laboratory; * Support the execution of chemical and physical analyses of raw materials and products; * Analyze and validate electronic spreadsheets relevant to the area; * Schedule the team to meet service and production requests; * Maintain organization and follow laboratory safety procedures; * Ensure compliance with laboratory methods and standards to guarantee quality control; * Assist in the critical review of laboratory equipment calibration certificates; * Inspect product approvals or rejections for steelmaking, rolling, or dispatch; * Record results of the Laminated Products production process in the product testing monitoring report and authorize dispatch/sale; * Monitor procedures on tensile and bending machines for ribbed bars and wire rod; * Test and evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements according to NBR 7480 or specific standards for exported products; * Supervise and analyze documents related to the Management System and monitor process development; * Support monitoring, control, and management of Quality Systems (ISO 9001); * Ensure that the Company's Policies and commitments (supplier, employee, technology, customer, environment, and shareholder) are understood and implemented by all employees to achieve established goals.
