Responsibilities: \*Monitor target projections through hourly reports, aiming to achieve the monthly goal; \*Oversee the opening/closing of operations to ensure all collection operators are connected to the system and performing their duties; \*Monitor collection operators' logged time through visual identification, ensuring productivity and preventing unauthorized breaks; \*Track team conversion rates using hourly reports to ensure group effectiveness; \*Provide timely feedback to support the technical development of the team.
