Description: Academic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields; * Technical course in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields (preferred). * Microsoft Office Suite; * Basic mechanical knowledge; * Maintenance management systems; * ERP systems; * Reading and analysis of maintenance indicators and reports (MTBF, MTTR, DF); * Inventory management and control processes; * Experience in rental or service-provision companies with direct customer contact; * Contract management; * Knowledge of management and continuous improvement tools (PDCA, 5S, NPS); * Knowledge of labor legislation. * Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-up, clear communication, and preventive action. * Ensure contract profitability by working closely with scheduling and maintenance planning. * Understand, comply with, and guarantee fulfillment of contractual obligations, including SLAs, provision of backup machines, and other agreed clauses. * Plan, schedule, monitor, and ensure execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans. * Assign and prioritize maintenance team tasks according to resource availability, deadlines, and service criticality. * Jointly manage spare parts and material inventory with the warehouse, ensuring availability and appropriate usage. * Respond to customer service requests, ensuring proper creation, tracking, and closure of Service Orders. * Ensure accurate logging of maintenance orders in the Manusis system, guaranteeing data quality, precision, and traceability. * Monitor data entry quality and adherence to preventive and corrective maintenance workflows. * Track and analyze performance indicators, proposing actions for continuous improvement. * Supervise and technically approve purchase requests for materials, parts, and services. * Collaborate and coordinate with support areas (Engineering, Warranty, PCM, etc.) as needed to support operations. * Manage the use of backup machines to ensure compliance with contracts and SLAs. * Manage reverse logistics of components and equipment. * Manage work schedules and timekeeping for the team, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations. 2512250202491934816
