




Travel availability required Coordinates the maintenance team’s activities according to the plan and client approval, ensuring execution within the agreed timeframe, adherence to budget and scope, quality standards, and personnel safety—with the goal of zero accidents; Participates in safety activities with clients and directs the team to meet project deadlines, costs, and objectives; Conducts weekly planning meetings, issuing minutes (ATA) and obtaining validation from the client and internal departments, ensuring compliance with contractual items and planned activities; Develops and maintains up-to-date equipment and system maintenance records, including performed maintenance tasks, tests conducted, results obtained, lubrication performed, replaced components, and client validation; Prepares descriptive reports for procurement of services, equipment, and materials, aiming to ensure critical items are available in stock—with client validation—thus enabling corrective maintenance interventions without operational impact; Performs failure analysis and resolution using tools and methods that guarantee root cause elimination and prevent recurrence; Identifies and proposes improvements to existing facilities and systems for the client, ensuring alignment with the contractual scope; Controls scope change requests arising from client demand or unforeseen circumstances outside the contracted scope; Manages, trains, and develops the team under direct responsibility, ensuring technical qualification and compliance with company and client policies; Ensures preparation, updating, and approval of RDO (Daily Work Report), visual management at construction sites, implementation of SSMA (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) campaigns, schedule updates, preparation of measurement reports, and timely client approval per defined procedures and timelines; Formally delivers completed maintenance work through issuance of a technical report and formal client approval Education: Completed bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management preferred; Minimum 5 years’ experience in multidisciplinary construction projects within medium- and large-scale industrial facilities.
