**What will your day-to-day look like?**
As a Benefits Management Supervisor, you will work within the Benefits Management department, with the following key responsibilities:
* Manage the corporate benefits portfolio (medical and dental assistance, meal/food vouchers, transportation allowances, insurance, pension plans, and others), ensuring competitiveness, governance, and alignment with organizational guidelines.
* Supervise the interface between benefits and payroll, guaranteeing accuracy.
* Define, monitor, and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with current labor and social security legislation, mitigating risks and ensuring process governance.
* Drive the evolution of benefits products with a focus on digitalization and self-service, enhancing the employee experience.
* Lead continuous process improvement initiatives, applying agile methodologies and working within structures such as integrated communities/tribes.
* Monitor the end-to-end benefits pipeline through strategic data analysis, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
What do you need to have or know?
* Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
* Solid expertise in corporate benefits operations and administration.
* Experience managing the interface between benefits and payroll.
* Knowledge of labor and social security legislation applicable to benefits.
* Experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP/HCM or similar).
* Experience in process automation, continuous improvement, and agile methodologies.
It would be a plus if you have:
* Experience in large-scale operations.
* Knowledge of e-Social.
