Description: What You Need: * Experience in commercial planning, performance, FP\&A, or RevOps. * Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Python (pandas, numpy, scikit\-learn) and/or R. * Knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning for forecasting and segmentation. * Automation mindset and continuous improvement orientation (version control, governance, scalable processes). * Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex analyses into practical recommendations. About the Team The Revenue Operations team is responsible for connecting strategic planning, commercial performance, and revenue predictability. We consolidate data, model targets, and automate KPIs—transforming numbers into decisions that fuel Omie’s sustainable growth. What We Expect From You: We seek an analytical specialist with technical expertise and business vision, capable of integrating data science, commercial performance, and strategic planning. This person will take the lead in building predictive models, automations, and advanced analytics to support leadership decisions and improve commercial channel efficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Structure and automate integrated commercial planning, consolidating targets by channel, unit, and cluster. * Develop and maintain predictive models (forecasting, lead generation, ROI) using Python, R, or machine learning frameworks (Scikit\-learn, CatBoost, XGBoost). * Build data pipelines and scripts in SQL/Python to automate reports and KPIs across the entire commercial chain. * Conduct advanced analyses of investment efficiency (ROI/CAC/LTV) and performance of campaigns and commercial incentives. * Support leadership in interpreting results and scenario simulations, using data-driven storytelling. 2512180202551873427
