Job Summary: Develop and automate infrastructure, monitor performance, collaborate with development teams, manage incidents, and ensure SLA compliance, operating in complex and modern environments. Focus on infrastructure automation and modernization . **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and implement tools and processes to automate infrastructure management tasks; * Monitor and analyze system performance to proactively identify and resolve issues; * Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for systems and procedures; * Collaborate with development teams to integrate reliability practices into the software development lifecycle (DevOps); * Respond to incidents and rapidly and effectively resolve performance and availability issues; * Ensure adherence to agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs for production, quality, and development environments; * Maintain complex ecosystems, including the Data Lakehouse, Analytics Lab (AI/ML) environments, and API integrations via Apigee; * Utilize automated CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps; * Work with legacy environments alongside new modern architectures established by the Mobilize project, which employs cutting-edge technologies such as Control Tower, Transit Gateway, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) with Terraform; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with CI/CD pipelines; * Experience with API integration via Apigee; * Knowledge of AI/ML; * Experience with Control Tower and Transit Gateway; * Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform; Compass UOL is a global firm and part of the AI Revolution Company, together transforming organizations using Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and other of today’s most advanced technologies.
