Apply now and build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure system availability and reliability in production; * Implement and maintain monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions; * Respond to incidents, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement action plans; * Automate operational tasks and repetitive processes (Infrastructure as Code); * Work with CI/CD pipelines for secure, continuous deployment; * Manage and optimize cloud environments (AWS and GCP); * Implement resilience, scalability, and fault tolerance practices; * Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs; * Support development teams in building more resilient applications; * Perform capacity planning and cost optimization (basic FinOps); * Document processes, architectures, and operational playbooks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with cloud environments, especially AWS and/or GCP; * Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems; * Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Stackdriver); * Knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes); * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation or similar); * Proficiency in automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or Go; * Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.); * Knowledge of networking (VPC, DNS, load balancing); * Familiarity with cloud security (IAM, access policies, best practices); * Experience with multi-cloud environments; * Knowledge of DevOps practices and agile culture; * Experience with distributed observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Datadog, New Relic); * Knowledge of service mesh (Istio, Linkerd); * Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, Pub/Sub, SQS); * Exposure to Chaos Engineering practices; * Knowledge of FinOps (cloud cost management).
