Plan and lead VMware OpenShift Virtualization migrations. Make technical decisions between VMs and containers. Define hybrid infrastructure architecture. Perform advanced troubleshooting (critical incidents). Ensure HA, performance, security, and compliance. Collaborate with architecture, security, and business teams. **Qualifications** Advanced virtualization VMware vSphere, vSAN, NSX Overlay networks (VXLAN) Disaster Recovery, RPO/RTO, replication Data center migration and consolidation OpenShift & Kubernetes OpenShift Container Platform / OpenShift Virtualization Cluster architecture: Control Plane, etcd CNI, Ingress, Service Mesh Security (RBAC, Network Policies, Secrets) Upgrades and lifecycle management Automation Ansible (playbooks) Shell / Python scripting Standardization and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) Desirable VMware, Red Hat, or related technology certifications. Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python). Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Solid experience in mission-critical environments.
